1. What's bubble tea?
Chinese Liu Han-Chien introduced tapioca pearl to Taiwan in 1983. Beverage or tea with it was sold and thereafter it was known to U.S.A, Canada, Japan in mid 1990, this novel beverage became famous in the world.
People normally drink the mixture of fruit-taste cold and sweet beverage and tapioca pearl. It is called as bubble tea because tapioca pearl in cup appears like bubble.
2. What's tapioca?
Tapioca is the edible starch from cassava, the tropical plant. The root of cassava contains 20-30% of starch and mashed, washed, precipitated and dried it. And mix it with natural powder of various colors then various tapiocas are made that is main component of 'bubble tea'.
Tapioca, the main component of bubble tea, is the food that there are no fat and cholesterol, low calories, sugarless and contains calcium and vitamin C.
It contains all kinds of nutritive substances that restore fatigue and prevents aging, protein, fiber and vitamins. So, it is excellent for diet and health that is stomachful with only one cup.
3. What's smoothie?
This the cocktail that is made by mixing with fruits, juice, yogurt, syrup, ice cream and ice by using of blender.
We make smoothie with fruits. It differs from general single fruit juice because it contains various fruits.
This is from California, U.S.A and has high viscosity. So we scoop it up rather than drinking. It is made instantly by using of mixer that putting ice cream on the base premium juice and mix them with ice.
Smoothie made instantly is filled in clear plastic cup and handed to guests. Expectation feeling from heavy weight is bigger than that of fruit juice or coffee.
